LETTER OF INTENT TO PURCHASE

RE: Intent to Purchase Property
This purchase letter of intent (the “Letter of Intent”) represents the basic terms for an agreement between the Buyer and Seller. After this Letter of Intent has been made, an actual formal agreement may be constructed to the benefit of the Parties involved.
- The Buyer: Richard Wayne (the “Buyer”).
- The Seller: (the “Seller”).
III. Property Address: VAN DE VEEN ZEPPENFELDSTRAAT 60 & 60-A (the “Property”)
Additional Description: The property is annexed into two sides, and the purchase is for the entire building. The purchase also includes all business licenses that are attached to the property.
- Purchase Price: The Buyer shall purchase the Property for Four-Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000) (the “Purchase Price”).
